Join your friends from the Berry Bitty City in the Berrylicious Bake-Off game! Everybody knows that Strawberry Shortcake, Orange Blossom, and Blueberry Muffin are great bakers! Do you think you can impress them in a cake competition? These three girls might be sweet and warm-hearted in their day to day lives. However, they are definitely pretentious when it comes to cooking!  They demand perfection in every stage of the process: from the batter to baking, and even presentation! It's your chance to wow your friends and judges with the perfect dessert!

The base for the perfect dessert

The first step of the game requires you to choose what type of dessert you wish to prepare. You can pick something classic, like a round cake, or go for something more creative, like cupcakes or even a Bundt cake! Keep in mind that your choice affects the recipe and also your decorating options!

Next, it's time to see the recipe! Pay attention closely to all the ingredients! The exact proportion of milk, eggs, and flour is critical for the success of your formula. After you have memorized the amount for each element, it's time to cook. Click on each ingredient and then click again above the bowl. You can check on how much you have already added by glancing at the bar in the lower part of the screen. Don't worry if you forget the exact number! You can always take another glance at the recipe book.

After mixing the batter, it's time to add the flavoring! Each of the three judges likes two different flavors. Pay attention to their conversation and figure out their preferences. Remember that you need to cook something that all three judges will enjoy! You can only add two ingredients to your batter. Therefore, whether you choose chocolate, blueberry, cinnamon or oranges, make sure all the girls like it! 

Finally, it's time to bake! Luckily, you have a great stove, with adjustable temperature and baking time. You need to memorize those two numbers from the recipe and then set them on your oven. To make things easier, the color of the dial will change as you adjust it. Make sure the colors and numbers match before you move on!

The presentation is key!

If everything has gone according to plan, you should have a gorgeous cake or a tray of delicious cupcakes by now. However, taste is not everything in baking. The presentation is equally as important! It's up to you now to choose a color and design for the frosting. Mix the three different colors as you wish by dragging them in the green frosting jars. The one on the left will fill up the pastry bag, which you can use to draw on smaller details and patterns. 

The final step is adding some fresh fruit to your beautiful dessert! Blueberries, strawberries, and oranges are colorful and will surely add that extra touch to your dessert! What is more, it's important to add something fresh and filled with vitamins to your diet with all this cake! 

All done! Do you think your handy work is going to impress the judges? Each one of the three girls is going to award you a score out of 10. You will receive points for each of the stages of the baking process, from following the recipe to flavors and decorations. Impress the judges with your skills!
