BFDIA 5b is a captivating side-scrolling platform game created by Michael and Cary Huang. In this intriguing adventure, players join the FreeSmart team as they navigate through the insides of the notorious Evil Leafy. Your mission is to lead the FreeSmart crew, starting with Book, who wakes up lost in Evil Leafy's dark corners. As you move forward, you'll meet and unlock more team members, combining your talents to conquer the complex mazes of traps and riddles. Your ultimate quest? Bring the whole FreeSmart team together and find your way out of Evil Leafy safely.

How to Play

Let's start with the controls:
- Left/Right arrow keys: Move left and right
- Spacebar: Jump
- Up/Down arrow keys: Pick up / drop items
- Z: Change characters
- R: Reset level

The main goal at each level is to get your character to the exit door to move on to the next level. Later on, when you unlock more characters, you'll have to get all of them to the exit door, which takes teamwork and clever thinking.

As you move through the levels, you'll find lots of objects, such as boxes, that can be picked up and moved. Sometimes, you'll even need to throw things to solve puzzles or clear your path. This makes you think about the best ways to use the stuff you find to clear paths or solve puzzles. Jumping across platforms and avoiding gaps will also test your timing and agility.

What else you should know

In the beginning, you'll play as Book, but as you advance through the levels, you'll unlock other characters as well, like Match and Ice Cube. Each character in your team has special skills, and learning to use these skills is key to beating the game. Switching between characters is easy and lets you use each character's skills at the right time. 

Each level has a hidden Win Token, and these are often in hard-to-reach spots. You don't have to get them to finish the game, but collecting them is a fun extra challenge and shows your progress.
