How to Play

Let's start with the controls:
- A/D or Left/Right arrow keys: Move Ric left and right
- W/S/Spacebar: Perform action
- M: Show map

Each level is like a maze of art, with famous paintings everywhere. Your main task is to collect as many paintings as you can from the art galleries, but it's not just about grabbing any picture. Each painting has a different value, and you need to gather enough to meet a certain money target in each level. To grab a painting, just press the Spacebar when you're near it, then carry it to the nearest window where Nancy will be waiting to take it from you.

But there's a catch! You're racing against time. Each level has a countdown timer in the bottom left corner of the screen. You must collect the required amount of money before this timer runs out. If you don't, you'll have to try again.

Now, it's not just about running around and picking up paintings. You need to be sneaky! There are security cameras and guards in the galleries, and they're looking for you. If they see you, alarms will go off, and your timer will lose time even faster. The good news is that you can see where the cameras and guards are looking, so you can plan your path to avoid them.

Every level gets a bit harder, with more paintings to collect and trickier guards and cameras to avoid. So, you'll need to think fast and move carefully to win!

What else you should know

Ric has some cool tricks to stay hidden. In some places, there are empty hooks where you can hang a painting and hide behind it. Or, if you see an empty pedestal, you can stand super still on it, just like a statue, and the guards won't notice you. These tricks are super helpful for staying out of sight and keeping safe from the alarms.

Remember to use the map at the start of each level. It shows you the gallery layout, helping you plan the best way to collect paintings and avoid getting caught. 

Sometimes, you'll need to change your plan fast if a guard or camera is near. Always be ready to hide or find a new path.
