Ingredients
- 1 pound of mascarpone cheese
- 5 egg yolks
- 2 packs ladyfinger cookies
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup of strong made coffee
- 3/4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Chocochips (if you want, for top)
Making Coffee & Cream Mix:
1. Make strong-made coffee using a coffee maker, then let it cool down in a bowl.
2. In a mid pot, mix egg yolks and sugar very well.
3. Beat mascarpone into yolk and mix till soft.
Stacking Tiramisu:
4. Take 7x11 inch dish for final Tiramisu prep.
5. Dip the ladyfingers one by one and place them at the bottom of the dish.
6. Spread half of the mascarpone cheese mix over ladyfinger cookies, then dust off cocoa over them.
7. Dip ladyfinger cookies one by one again and place them over the cocoa.
8. Spread mascarpone cheese mix over ladyfinger cookies, then dust them with cocoa. Top the tiramisu with chocochips if you like.
9. Cover it and put it into the fridge for 4 to 6 hours or till firm.
