When a customer enters your restaurant, you need to click on him and choose a table where he can sit. You will notice that some of the tables have flowers on them. These tables are for the couples that enter your restaurant.

When the customer wants to order something, he will raise his hand. Click on his table to take the order. When the dishes are ready, a bell will ring, and you will find them at the bar.
After the customer finishes, he will leave your tip on the table. Click on the table to clean it and to collect the money. At nine o'clock, the restaurant will close. You need to make sure you achieve the daily target; otherwise, you lose the game.
Buy all kind of new things for the restaurant to please your customers. They will pay you more if your restaurant is nice and clean.
