Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 450g boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- ½ cup refried beans
- ½ cup chopped onions
- ½ cup chopped bell pepper
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
- Salsa

Instructions:

1. Cook the Chicken: Put a pot on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Add the chicken, onions, bell pepper, tomato, salt, and pepper. Cover the pot and cook for 45 minutes, stirring sometimes so it doesn't stick.

2. Shred the Chicken: Once the chicken is cooked, take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit. Then, use two forks to shred the chicken into small pieces.

3. Warm the Beans: Put the refried beans in a pan on medium heat. Cook them for about 5 minutes or until they're warm and bubbly.

4. Warm the Tortillas: Take one tortilla and put it in a warm frying pan. Heat each side for about a minute until it's soft and warm. Do the same with the other tortillas.

5. Build Your Burrito: Lay a tortilla flat and put a few spoonfuls of beans in the middle. Then add some shredded chicken. If you want, you can also add a dollop of sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.

6. Roll It Up! Carefully fold the tortilla over the filling, tucking in the sides as you go. Make it nice and tight so nothing falls out! Do the same with the other tortillas.
