Before you start mixing and baking, listen carefully to Sara! She'll tell you exactly what to do to make your nachos and dips perfect.

Let's get started! Here are the recipes we'll be making:

Ingredients:

Guacamole:
- 3 soft green avocados
- Juice from 1 little green lime
- Half a tiny spoon of salt
- Half a tiny spoon of ground cumin
- Half a tiny spoon of cayenne pepper
- Half of a yellow onion, chopped super small
- 2 red tomatoes, with the squishy inside taken out and then chopped
- 1 big spoon of green cilantro, chopped
- 1 little piece of garlic, squished

Salsa:
- 3 big red tomatoes, with the squishy inside taken out and then chopped
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped super small
- 2 small pieces of garlic, squished
- 1 little red chili pepper, chopped very, very small (ask a grown-up to help!)
- 1 green Serrano pepper, chopped very, very small (ask a grown-up to help!)
- 1 green jalapeno pepper, chopped very, very small (ask a grown-up to help!)
- 3 big spoons of fresh green cilantro, chopped
- 2 big spoons of green lime juice
- Just a little bit of salt and pepper

Nachos:
- 3 round flat breads
- A tiny bit of salt and pepper
- Some green lime pieces, cut like little smiles, to serve with

Instructions:

Guacamole:

1. Put the soft green avocado pieces in a bowl.

2. Use a fork to mash them all up until they're smooth and a little chunky.

3. Squeeze the juice from the green lime into the bowl.

4. Add a tiny bit of salt, a tiny bit of cumin, and a tiny bit of cayenne pepper.

5. Mix it all together gently.

6. Now, put in the super small pieces of yellow onion and red tomato.

7. Add the chopped green cilantro and the squished garlic.

8. Stir everything again, so it's all mixed up nicely.

9. Put the bowl in the fridge to keep it cool until we're ready to eat!

Salsa:

1. Cut the big red tomatoes in half.

2. Use a spoon to scoop out the wet seeds inside.

3. Chop the rest of the tomato into little pieces and put them in a bowl.

4. Add the super small pieces of yellow onion and the squished garlic.

5. Carefully put in the chopped red chili pepper, green Serrano pepper, and green jalapeno pepper. (These can be a little bit spicy!)

6. Add the chopped fresh green cilantro and the green lime juice.

7. Sprinkle in just a little bit of salt and pepper.

8. Mix everything together really well.

9. Put the bowl in the fridge to keep it cool.

Nachos:

1. Take the round flat breads and ask a grown-up to help you cut them into little triangle shapes.

2. Turn on the oven to warm it up to 400 degrees.

3. Put the tortilla triangles on a flat baking tray, making sure they don't touch each other.

4. Sprinkle a tiny bit of salt and pepper on top.

5. Put the tray in the warm oven for 6 or 7 minutes. They should look a little crispy.

6. Take the tray out and carefully flip all the little triangles over.

7. Put them back in the oven for about 8 more minutes until they are nice and crunchy but not too brown.

8. Take them out and let them cool down. They'll get even more crunchy!

After all the mixing and baking, you'll have yummy crispy nachos and two super tasty dips to enjoy! With Sara showing you the way, cooking is always a fun adventure! So, get ready to scoop and taste your amazing creations!
