How to Play

Ingredients
- 1 head of lettuce
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 can of cold pinto beans, rinsed and dried
- 1 tomato
- 1 small can of ripe olives
- Shredded cheese (as much as you want)
- 1 pack of triangle-shaped taco chips
- 2 teaspoons (tsp) of taco seasoning
- 1/2 bottle of taco salsa
- 1 bowl of shredded chicken
- 2 teaspoons (tsp) of olive oil
- Water

Preparing Veggies:

1. Slice the onion, tomato, and red pepper.

2. Chop the lettuce into small pieces.

Making Taco Meat Mixture:

3. Take a large saucepan and cook the shredded chicken and pinto beans in olive oil over medium heat.

4. Add half of the sliced onions, half of the sliced red pepper, taco seasoning, and taco salsa to the saucepan. Cook for a few minutes.

5. Then, add water, close the lid, and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

6. Allow the taco meat mixture to cool down to room temperature.

Assembling the Taco Salad:

7. To set up the Taco Salad on a plate, arrange triangular taco chips in a circle (as shown in the game).

8. Spread chopped lettuce all over the plate inside the circle of chips.

9. Pour the cooled taco meat mixture at the center of the plate (as much as you want).

10. Top the meat mixture with shredded cheese, sliced onions, and sliced tomatoes.

11. Finally, garnish the Taco Salad with the remaining sliced peppers, olives, and another layer of shredded cheese.
