About PBS Kids Island Game

A classic is back! For the first time in a long time, you can now visit PBS Kids Island, a special amusement park that was once a favorite for many. In this charming world, you can explore different areas and play lots of games with all your favorite PBS Kids characters, like Super Why, Elmo, or the gang from Between the Lions.

Your mission is to explore the island, play games, and earn tickets. You can use these tickets to get fun prizes, which you can keep and play with in your very own personal treehouse!

How to Play

You'll only need your mouse to move around the island and play all the different games. Just click to choose a game, pick up tickets, or select your prizes.

The main goal is to play games and earn tickets to win prizes. To get started, you'll pick a game to play from a carousel ride on the island. The games come from popular PBS shows and are organized by reading skills, with three different difficulty levels.

When you play a game, you'll earn virtual tickets. After you get your tickets, you can take them to the prize booth to buy rewards. These prizes are digital items, like coloring sheets, printable games, and video clips from the shows. You can keep all the prizes you win in your own personal treehouse on the island, where you can play with them whenever you like.

What else you should know

The games on the island cover a lot of different skills. You can play games that help you with phonics and spelling, like in Super Why! or Word World. There are also games that help with letter recognition and storytelling. Even though some original features like saving your progress aren't available, you can still play all the games and earn tickets to win prizes!
